Fultech Consulting Engineers, Inc (FCEI) was organized in 1992 as a professional engineering company in the State of Ohio; previously the firm functioned as Lawrence W. Fulton & Associates for seven years. Our services include the design of subdivisions, gravity and pressure sewer design, storm drainage systems, retention basins, wastewater treatment system, roadway culverts, pavement and resurfacing plan design, site plans, and erosion control projects.

FCEI was created to provide professional engineering services which fall into several categories: civil, municipal, and transportation engineering. Included with these services are the planning and management of programs that emphasize the respective engineering disciplines.

The predecessor company commenced operations in 1985, was reorganized in 1992 and during the last few years has serviced clients thoroughly and successfully. The staff has many years of experience within the engineering planning and governmental professions.

Our staff is a group of dedicated professional and support personnel assembled to provide professional approaches to solving problems relating to man and his environment. Because of demand for creative, realistic, feet on the ground, cost effective, problem solvers, we have and are continuing to expand the activities and services of our firm.
